For GO Fest 2024, Niantic has provided specifics about its Pokemon GO pay plans. In an effort to address the technical challenges with the event, the developer will provide Pokemon GO users with more Timed Research. The amount of this research will be customized and will vary depending on the circumstances of each player.
Three cities hosted Pokemon GO Fest 2024 between late May and early July. Its three site-specific celebrations were succeeded on July 13 and 14 by an international event. There were opportunities to catch several mons with unusual backgrounds at all four events. But in reality, there were problems with GO Fest 2024: Global that kept some players from being able to get these unique Pokemon.

Pokemon GO Fest 2024 Payouts Will Differ Per Player
Early user claims that claimed special-background mons were unobtainable when utilizing Pokemon GO Remote Raid Passes were corroborated by Niantic’s study. Furthermore, it was discovered that the issue was exclusive to the first day of GO Fest 2024: Global, despite the developer’s lack of detail regarding the underlying source of the problem. As a result, the business intends to customize its pay plans; the precise amount of Timed Research will be determined by the number of remote raids the recipient player finished on July 13.

The Pokemon GO developer has not yet provided a specific date on when it intends to pay out this reimbursement. Based on its past performance, it seems that the compensation would be distributed gradually instead of to all impacted players simultaneously. Whatever the case, Niantic stated that players would have plenty of time to finish the additional Timed Research before it expires on December 31, 2025.
